PZ Robotics provides all products, software, services, and information “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZ Robotics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, equipment damage, bodily injury, or operational downtime, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, source code, 3D models, images, videos, schematics, and product designs displayed on this website or delivered via our products or services are the exclusive property of PZ Robotics Inc. or its licensors.

No content may be copied, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or reproduced in any form without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our products or website for:

• Any unlawful, dangerous, or malicious purpose

• Circumventing safety features or manipulating robot behavior in unsafe ways

• Exporting our technology in violation of U.S. export laws

4. SOFTWARE LICENSING

Our software may be provided under a commercial license or as part of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. You may not:

• Use the software in a safety-critical system unless explicitly licensed and certified for such use

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PZ Robotics. You agree to comply with any additional license terms accompanying specific products.

5. BETA HARDWARE & SOFTWARE

You may be invited to test early-access or beta versions of our hardware or software. These offerings are:

• Experimental, potentially unstable, and provided without warranty

• Not certified for production or safety-critical environments

• Subject to change, removal, or modification without notice

By participating in any beta program, you acknowledge the risks and agree to provide feedback. PZ Robotics accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of beta products.

6. AI FEATURES & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMERS

Some products may include AI-driven decision-making or automation features. While we aim to build safe and intelligent systems:

• You are responsible for supervising all robotic or AI-assisted operations

• Our systems do not replace human oversight in safety-critical workflows

• We do not guarantee AI accuracy or fitness for your specific application

PZ Robotics disclaims all liability for misuse, misinterpretation, or unintended consequences of AI model outputs or behaviors.

7. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

PZ Robotics’ products and technologies may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

By accessing or using our products, you agree to:

• Not export or re-export any of our products or data without proper authorization

• Comply with all applicable U.S. and foreign export laws

• Refrain from use in countries or by individuals restricted by U.S. law

Violation of export laws may result in termination of access and legal liability.

8. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, PZ Robotics offers no warranty — express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability. All warranties are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

If a warranty is provided in a purchase agreement or SLA (Service Level Agreement), it will be strictly limited to its terms.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PZ Robotics Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of our website, products, or services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights or laws

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
